The journey into optimal health starts with the most important room of your home.

I decided to create this short, concise course as a precursor to the Plant Food Culinary Arts programs. Every time I am presenting, the question comes up about what it takes to create an efficient plant-based kitchen. Many feel out of touch with basic methods for juggling fresh, wholesome ingredients in a kitchen equipped and designed for the processed food lifestyle.

After years as a vegan chef instructor and culinary director, I have figured out what worked (as well as what didn't), I have developed an easy blueprint for the flow of a healthy living foods kitchen. Ideas for affordable and innovative equipment as well as non-toxic eco-friendly practices are included.

This plan alleviates the chaos and stress of getting caught without necessary ingredients or tools, and helps in planning ahead with soaking, sprouting and kitchen gardening. I provide simple, practical tips for keeping the fresh produce in flow without wasting anything. 

In Addition, full printable checklists are included for equipment and stocking your pantry with the most healthy produce & supplies. Throughout the lessons you will find links to the products and sources to make the transformation easy.
