Transition to making your own condiments and components

Read the labels! You will see that many of the most common commercial components in your kitchen are filled with processed junk you don't want in your diet.

  • Most of the popular condiments in fridges across the world are filled with sugar and preservatives unless they are home made. Please seek out organic, fresh alternatives. Even the organic condiments sold commercially have been cooked and irradiated. Optimally you should make our own.

  • You can make healthy dressings, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustards, relishes, salsas and more. Here I am blending up a batch of my fermented Dijon Mustard (fermented condiments provide added probiotics for gut health).

  • From simple, healthy condiments, to easy granola bars, breads, chips and crackers, there are endless possibilities in replacing processed foods.
  • I cover great living-foods options for all the most common condiments, salad dressings, cereals, crackers, chips and more in the Living Foods Mastery course

My Sprouted Seasoned Seed Crackers. They are easier than you would think once you have a few simple additions to the equipment of your kitchen. A whole new world will open in healthy, plant-based, living-food versions for these basic staples.
