Almond Hemp Milk (understanding the balancing of the omega 6 in nut milks)

Balancing out your omegas is very important if you use nut based milks regularly. Adding hemp hearts balances the high omega 6 ratio with omega 3. You can also use flax or chia, which are great omega 3 sources.
It is nice to make your own milk and have total control over all the ingredients.
