I love this recipe. It started with the idea of emulating the baked thick syrup you get in making a plum crumble or cobbler. I combined plums and apples with lemon juice and a few dates. It is an amazing plum applesauce on it's own, and thus was born a new recipe...
To make a raw applesauce like this you will need some kind of blender.
